Moon Frame LED is an innovative solution for camper van builders that combines vehicle lighting with ceiling construction, while significantly reinforcing its structure. The centrally mounted element creates a unique LED light stream*, eliminating ceiling vibrations during travel. By installing RGB LED strips, you gain versatile lighting – both white for everyday use and red for effectively repelling insects.
*LED strips are not Moon Frame equipment and must be purchased separately.
Universal
The entire structure is made of bent aluminum with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 mm. Moon Frame can be adapted to any vehicle. Moon Frame Led is 112 cm long.

Thanks to elements such as Link 2 and Link 3, installation is quick, and the system can be customized to specific needs. Elements can be easily shortened, connected, and adapted to different surfaces.

Yes, it can be cut using a metal saw.

The recommended rivet length is 4/10 mm.
How is the Moon Frame installed?
The Moon Frame can be mounted using rivet nuts or blind rivets with a diameter of 4 mm.
How do you solve the thermal bridge problem?
Moon Frame 2.0 is mounted after applying insulation but before upholstery (as it serves for upholstery installation).
What thickness of upholstery can be mounted?
Moon Frame sets are designed for mounting hard upholstery 5 mm thick, and soft upholstery (finished with foam or soft material 6 mm thick).
Is it possible to quickly remove the mask to take off the upholstery?
Yes, just drill out the rivets or unscrew the rivet nuts without damaging the Moon Frame structure.
How many rivets (mounting points) do I need for Moon Frame to hold?
One rivet withstands a breaking load of 5 kg.
Can I order a special color?
No. Masks can be selected in one of 4 available colors.
Can electrical wiring be run inside Moon Frame?
Absolutely.
Can rivets be masked?
Yes, using a RAL pen (touch-up pen with covering paint).
How to replace damaged LEDs?
If the lighting is damaged, the system allows for a simple replacement – just rivet the LED mask, replace the strips and rivet the whole thing again. This process does not require specialized tools or skills.
